Projeye Genel Bakış:

Bu "57 Apartman Projesi", üç blokta toplam 150 daireden oluşmaktadır: iki adet 10 katlı bina (A-C Blok)her katta 4 daire ve bir adet 15 katlı merkezi bina her katta 6 daire (B Blok) olarak kurgulanmıştır. İnşa edildiği dönemde B Blok, Nahçıvan'ın en yüksek yapısı olup bu unvanını günümüzde de korumaktadır.

Proje Açıklaması:

B Blok'ta her katta 2+1 ve 1+1 daire tiplerinden toplam 6 daire bulunmaktadır. Zemin katta 20 adet ticari mağaza yer almaktadır ve site, çocuk oyun alanı içeren peyzajlı bir merkezi avluya sahiptir. Sakinler için otopark alanı binanın arka kısmında bulunmaktadır.

Proje Hedefleri ve Başarılar:

Bu kompleks, artan konut talebini karşılamakta ve önemli bir bölgesel referans noktası olma özelliğini sürdürmektedir. Proje planlanan sürede tamamlanmış olup binalar tam kapasite ile kullanımdadır.

Metodoloji ve Araçlar:

Tasarım, uygulama projeleri ve metraj çıkarımları için Revit kullanılmıştır. Tasarımın netleştirilmesi ve müşteri sunumları için ayrıca 3B görselleştirmeler oluşturulmuştur.

Rol:

B Blok'un mimari tasarımı, görselleştirmesi ve uygulama projelerinden sorumluydum. Ayrıca, A ve C Bloklar'ın uygulama projeleri ve metraj çalışmalarını yönettim.

Project Overview:

The "57 Apartment Project" consists of a total of 150 residential units distributed across three blocks: two 10-storey buildings (Blocks A and C) with 4 apartments per floor, and one 15-storey central tower (Block B) with 6 apartments per floor. At the time of construction, Block B was the tallest building in Nakhchivan—and it continues to hold that distinction today.

Project Description:

Block B includes a total of six apartments on each floor, featuring 2+1 and 1+1 unit types. The ground floor accommodates 20 commercial shops, while the complex itself features a landscaped central courtyard with a children's playground. A dedicated parking area is located at the rear of the buildings for residents.

Project Goals and Achievements:

The development addresses the growing housing demand in the region and continues to serve as a prominent architectural landmark in Nakhchivan. The project was completed on schedule, and all buildings are currently fully occupied and operational.

Methodology and Tools:

Revit was used for design development, construction documentation, and quantity takeoffs.

To support design refinement and client presentations, 3D visualizations were also produced.

Role:

I was responsible for the architectural design, visualization, and construction documentation of Block B. Additionally, I managed the preparation of application drawings and quantity takeoffs for Blocks A and C.
