ADVANCED LEARNING & RESIDENCY CAMPUS

ERBIL , IRAQ

(Designed & Coordinated at Creative Design)

Project Overview:

This 15,000 m² education campus was designed as a hub for learning and development, with the central 300-person, two-story conference hall symbolizing the importance of education and serving as the focal point of the complex. Surrounding the conference hall are additional facilities, including:

  • Dormitories: Comfortable accommodations for students and guests.
  • Classrooms: Spaces thoughtfully designed to facilitate learning and specialized training programs.
  • Office Spaces: Areas for administrative activities and private offices.
  • Recreational Facilities: A separate building housing a swimming pool and fitness center to promote relaxation and well-being.

Role:

I led the architectural design and BIM modeling of the project, ensuring seamless coordination across structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. Additionally, I was responsible for landscape design and supervised the visualization process to reflect the project's educational and functional goals.

Project Goals and Achievements:

The aim of this project was to create a compact yet comprehensive education-focused campus that balances form and functionality. Its design prioritizes efficient layouts, user comfort, and a visually cohesive architectural language, making it an ideal environment for learning and personal growth.

Methodology and Tools:

The project was designed and modeled in Revit, enabling precise coordination and efficient development of the design. The landscape was carefully crafted to harmonize with the architecture, enhancing both the visual appeal and usability of the campus.
