Project Overview:

Located in Mosul, Iraq, Al Rayyan City is a 1,792,000 m² urban development designed to provide a better living environment. The project includes 3,416 villas in three sizes:

• 350 m² Villas: Along circular roads.
• 250 m² Villas: Surrounding the central zone and scattered throughout.
• 220 m² Villas: Spread across various clusters.

The city features a commercial center, an educational center, smaller commercial buildings, mosques, and sports fields, ensuring accessibility and community engagement.

Role:

I led the architectural design, including the master plan, villa layouts, and Revit modeling for precise coordination and quantity takeoffs (BOQs). I also directed the visualization team to ensure accurate renderings.

Project Goals and Achievements:

The project aims to create a sustainable urban environment that balances residential comfort with community spaces, integrating green areas and accessible facilities for well-being.

Methodology and Tools:

Developed in Revit, the designs ensured seamless collaboration and precise execution, with a focus on harmonizing architecture with landscape.
