Project Overview:

Located in Erbil, Iraq, this 2,650 m² boutique hotel combines efficient space utilization with luxurious amenities, designed for both leisure and business travelers. Situated on a compact 300 m² plot, the hotel offers a full range of services, including wellness, dining, and business facilities.

• Basement Level: Swimming pool and fitness center for guest wellness.
• Ground Floor: Main entrance lobby and a breakfast saloon.
• First Floor: Business facilities designed for professionals and events.
• Guest Room Floors: Five levels with 40 rooms in total, featuring 7 standard rooms and 1 suite per floor.
• Rooftop: A panoramic restaurant offering scenic views of the city.

Role:

I was responsible for the architectural design, BIM modeling, and application project development. The project was modeled entirely in Revit, ensuring accurate coordination, precise BOQ preparation, and efficient design delivery.
