Project Overview:

Located on a 155,000 m² site along Pirmam Street in Erbil, this mixed-use development combines modern residential towers with vibrant commercial facilities. The project features:

• Residential Towers:
  • 4 towers with 30 floors.
  • 9 towers with 14 floors.
  • 16 towers with 11 floors.
  • A total of 2,040 flats offering diverse unit types to cater to different lifestyles.
• Commercial and Public Areas:
  • A three-story commercial building housing hypermarkets, retail shops, three restaurants, two cafeterias, and a sports center.
  • Green spaces and terrace areas for restaurants and cafes create a lively, open-air atmosphere.

Role:

I was responsible for the concept master planning, preliminary architectural floor plans, and 3D visualizations, shaping a harmonious blend of residential, commercial, and landscaped spaces.

This project offers a modern and community-focused living experience, integrating diverse amenities with functional and aesthetic designs.
