Located in Suleymaniyah, Iraq, Doctors City is a 930,600 m² urban development designed as a hub for healthcare, living, and recreation. At the heart of the city lies a seven-story hospital, surrounded by doctors' offices and complemented by a range of social, commercial, and recreational facilities.

Key features include:

• 112 Apartments: Seven-story buildings for convenient urban living.
• 52 Apartments: Five-story buildings offering additional residential options.
• 24 Luxury Villas: Situated on the corners of the development, each with spacious plots.
• Schools, malls, bazaars, mosques, and parks strategically distributed for accessibility.
• Sports Facilities: Two football fields, eight basketball courts, and 56 playgrounds designed for recreation.

Role:

I developed the master plan, concept designs of villas and apartments, landscape design, and preliminary floor plans. I also supervised the visualization team and coordinated Revit modeling for accurate quantity takeoffs (BOQs).

Methodology and Tools:

Developed in Revit, the designs ensured seamless collaboration and precise execution, with a focus on harmonizing architecture with landscape.
