THE FOUR TOWER
ERBIL , IRAQ
(Architectural design decisions made by me; led the modeling team at Creative Design)
Project Overview:
The towers feature a distinct design where each floor plan is divided into four quadrants, with diagonal sections extending two additional floors higher than the rest. This results in two towers reaching 23 stories and the other two extending to 25 stories. The entire development is dedicated to residential use, offering a contemporary urban living experience.
The total construction area spans 70,000 m², with a fully connected underground parking facility ensuring efficient space utilization and ease of access for residents.
Each floor accommodates four spacious 3+1 apartments, each approximately 150 m² in size, providing a total of 368 residential units across the towers.
Role:
I was responsible for the 3D design and visualization of the project. The conceptual floor plans and architectural form were developed under my direction. Additionally, I conducted preliminary estimations regarding residential unit distribution and total construction costs to support project feasibility assessments.
Project Goals and Achievements:
Innovative High-Rise Design: The unique floor plan and varying tower heights create a visually dynamic skyline while maintaining functional living spaces.
Optimized Residential Planning: Each floor efficiently accommodates four spacious 3+1 apartments, ensuring a well-balanced layout.
Integrated Parking Solution: A fully connected underground parking system maximizes ground-level space utilization.
Conceptual Visualization: High-quality 3D models were created to illustrate the project's architectural vision and support stakeholder discussions.
Preliminary Cost and Unit Analysis: Initial estimations were conducted to assess construction feasibility and project scale.
The Four Tower project showcases a modern residential high-rise concept, merging functional planning with an innovative architectural approach in Erbil.
