Project Overview:
Located on a 55,000 m² land, Gulan Towers is a mixed-use concept project featuring elegant 20-story twin circular residential towers with silicon glass façades and wooden sun blinds. The development includes:
Residential Towers: Two floors of commercial spaces beneath the towers and two underground parking levels.
Recreational Facilities: Two open tennis courts adjacent to the commercial area.
Dining Experience: Four distinct restaurants placed on an island-like structure, surrounded by a large pool that creates the ambiance of dining by the sea.
Additional Amenities:
A 1,150 m² fitness, ballroom, and conference hall complex.
A 1,800 m² swimming pool complex, designed for leisure and relaxation.
Role:
I was responsible for the concept design of the twin towers, restaurants, 3D visualizations, and the comprehensive landscape design, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and environmental elements.
This project combines modern urban living with recreational and social facilities, setting a new benchmark for mixed-use developments in the region.
