Project Overview:

This project was designed for a chain store as a multi-location building materials market and warehouse, with implementations planned in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. The facility includes:

• Main Sales Area: 15,000 m² retail space for shelving and building materials.
• Garden Materials and Furniture Section: 2,100 m².
• Entrance and Cafeteria Area: 1,500 m².
• Storage Area: 17,000 m² for warehousing and logistics.

The site design accommodates truck access, maneuvering zones, and efficient loading/unloading areas. It also includes a 340-vehicle parking lot, an independent café, and a car wash service.

Role:

I was responsible for the architectural design, landscape design, and visualization of the project.
