Project Overview:

Naza Tower, a landmark mixed-use development, is designed to rise 60 floors above ground with 4 basement levels, offering a total construction area of 140,000 m² on an 8,000 m² plot. The tower integrates commercial, office, hotel, and residential spaces with exceptional recreational and leisure facilities, catering to diverse urban needs.

  • Basement Floors: 4 levels of parking with a capacity for 720 vehicles.
  • Ground Floor: A 3,200 m² supermarket.
  • 1st Floor: A shopping mall featuring 30 retail stores, each approximately 100 m².
  • 2nd Floor: Fast food outlets and an entertainment center, including a bowling alley and arcade.
  • 3rd Floor: A recreational level with a running track, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool.
  • 4th to 19th Floors: 18,000 m² of office spaces.
  • 20th to 30th Floors: A hotel offering 160 standard rooms and 80 suites within a 12,000 m² hospitality area.
  • 31st to 59th Floors: 224 residential units, with options for 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartments.
  • 60th Floor: A panoramic restaurant accommodating 300 guests with stunning city views.

Role:

I was responsible for the full architectural design, landscape planning, and 3D visualizations of this iconic project. All stages, including concept design, documentation, and technical coordination, were completed in Revit. Additionally, BOQ preparation and cost estimation were conducted, ensuring a seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics.

Methodology and Tools:

This project was developed entirely in Revit, allowing for precision in design and coordination across its multifaceted components. The design reflects a modern approach, emphasizing luxury, functionality, and urban efficiency, establishing Naza Tower as a flagship project in the region.
