PARADISE HOTEL COMPLEX

ERBIL , IRAQ

(Designed & Coordinated at Tanin Company)

Project Overview

Designed to harmonize with the natural topography, Paradise Hotel is a luxury hospitality complex featuring a terraced landscape, private villas, and a high-rise hotel building. The project integrates residential and recreational spaces, offering guests a unique resort experience.

The facility entrance is situated between the 250 m² reception, lobby, and office building and a 500 m² restaurant, guiding visitors into the heart of the complex. The landscape is structured around two main pools:

  • A central swimming pool, encircled by villas arranged in a radial layout for optimal views, with a snack bar at its core.
  • A second-tier pool, designed as an aquapark, located next to both open and enclosed restaurant facilities.

Hotel Building & Villas

  • 11-story hotel with:
    • Basement level: Technical areas
    • Ground floor: Offices, breakfast hall, and lobby
    • 1st–8th floors: 64 single rooms and 16 suites (8 single rooms and 2 suites per floor)
    • 9th floor: A 200-seat revolving restaurant with a 144-person rotating platform, completing a full rotation every hour.
  • 71 villas, offering 8 distinct typologies, ranging from single-room units to four-bedroom residences, in both single-story and duplex configurations.
