POLITICAL PARTY HEADQUARTERS

This iconic headquarters was designed to reflect the party's identity, taking inspiration from the eagle featured in its logo. The project includes a 13,000 m² complex with multiple functions:

• Office Spaces for administration and party activities.
• Conference Hall: A two-story auditorium accommodating 700 people.
• VIP Residential Floor: Dedicated to hosting distinguished guests.
• Recreational Facilities: A swimming pool and fitness center located in the basement.

Role:
As the lead designer, I was responsible for the architectural design, BIM modeling, and landscape design. I also coordinated with structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines to ensure seamless integration. Additionally, I oversaw the visualization process to align it with the design intent.

Project Goals and Achievements:
The building aimed to symbolize the party's vision through its eagle-inspired design while providing functional and efficient spaces for various activities. The project achieved a cohesive blend of form, function, and identity.

Methodology and Tools:
This was a government tender project, and full construction drawings were prepared as part of the process. The entire project was modeled in Revit, ensuring effective interdisciplinary coordination and precise design delivery. Additionally, material takeoffs and cost estimations were conducted using the MasterFormat classification system, optimizing project documentation and procurement planning.
