Project Overview:

Located in Shaqlawa, Iraq, this 13,360 m² hospitality project is a luxurious and refreshing retreat, especially ideal for hot summer days. Designed with a striking combination of vertical and horizontal lines, this 11-story hotel blends modern aesthetics with functional efficiency. Spread over a 4,800 m² plot, the hotel caters to both commercial and residential needs, offering an exceptional experience for guests.

• Basement Level: Dedicated to services and car parking facilities.
• Ground and First Floors: Commercial spaces for retail and other business activities.
• Residential Floors: Eight floors housing over 80 suite rooms, each featuring a green terrace for a serene and eco-friendly atmosphere.

Role:

I was responsible for developing the concept designs and managing the visualization team for the project. My work emphasized achieving a seamless balance between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that the hotel's design complements its natural surroundings while meeting the client's vision and needs.
