Rami-Eyup Ropeway Project

Project Overview:
The Rami-Eyüp Ropeway Project is a 4.5 km cable car system with 5 stations, including a revision of one existing station. The project involved transportation and track studies, along with preliminary architectural, electrical, mechanical (E&M), infrastructure, drainage, retaining wall, and structural designs. It also included the implementation of a control and communication system, geotechnical assessments, and feasibility studies.
Role:
As the Architectural Design Chief and BIM Model Coordinator, I was responsible for the design and modeling of the cable car route and stations, ensuring effective coordination with other disciplines such as structural, electrical, mechanical, and alignment teams.
Project Goals and Achievements:
The goal was to prepare all designs and documentation for construction tender and investment budgeting. This was achieved successfully, with all designs finalized on time and aligned with the project's technical and economic goals.
Methodology and Tools:
Design, modeling, and quantity takeoffs were done using Revit, ensuring accurate coordination. The project documentation was prepared for the construction tender and investment budgeting processes.
