SAREEN TOURISM COMPLEX

Project Overview:
Located on the 120 Road in Erbil, Iraq, this 8,350 m² tourism complex is designed to offer both short-term and long-term stays, combining privacy, comfort, and a deep connection to nature. The project aims to provide a retreat-like experience where visitors can enjoy their time surrounded by greenery while having access to all necessary amenities.
- Private Villas: The complex features 30 individual villas in three distinct types, each with a private garden, a dedicated parking space, and self-catering facilities.
- Apartment Motel: Additional accommodation options area available for shorter stays, with convenient access to shared amenities.
- Commercial Complex: Includes a restaurant with a spacious back garden, a café for relaxing drinks, and a market for groceries, allowing guests to prepare meals in their villas.
Role:
I was responsible for developing the architectural concept, layout plans, and the master plan of the project. My work focused on integrating nature into the design, ensuring that every villa and facility harmonizes with its surroundings while meeting the functional needs of both short- and long-term visitors.
