Project Overview:

The Sareen Hospital is a private healthcare facility with a total area of 8,200 m², comprising 32 single rooms and 8 suite rooms, totaling 45 beds. The hospital includes 4 operating rooms, 3 delivery rooms, and various specialized medical services. The facility also integrates support services such as imaging, morgue, and building utilities in the basement, emergency services and other essential functions on the ground floor, management and doctor's offices on the first floor, patient rooms on the upper floors, and operation and delivery rooms on the top floor.

Role:

As the Architectural Designer and BIM Modeler, I was responsible for the architectural design and modeling of the hospital. My work involved developing the detailed design, coordinating with other disciplines, and preparing the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) using Revit.

Project Goals and Achievements:

The objective was to design a functional and efficient healthcare facility that met the specific requirements for medical operations while ensuring operational flow. All designs and detailed documentation were completed on schedule, ensuring readiness for construction.

Methodology and Tools:

The project was designed and modeled in Revit, enabling effective coordination and precise quantity takeoffs for the BOQ. The detailed design and modeling process ensured all necessary documentation for construction was prepared and aligned with the project's goals.
