Project Overview:

Situated in the rapidly developing trade hub of Shoresh Street, near Mega Mall, this 8,800 m² project reimagines the traditional petrol station into a modern service hub. While the existing station continues to serve the public, plans are underway to transform the site into a contemporary facility offering:

• Fueling Stations: Capacity to serve 8 vehicles simultaneously.
• Support Services: Includes a car wash center and a vehicle service area.
• Public Amenities: A cafeteria, restaurant, and a market, designed to enhance convenience and comfort for visitors.

Role:

I was responsible for the concept design, master planning, and 3D visualizations, ensuring the integration of modern aesthetics and functional efficiency.

This project aims to set a new standard for petrol stations, providing a multifunctional space that meets both practical and social needs.
