Project Overview:

A 99,000 sqm mixed-use project combining a shopping mall and residential units. The development includes:

• Basement Levels: 3 floors dedicated to car parking.
• Shopping Mall: 3 main floors with 3 mezzanine levels, totaling 6 floors of retail space.
• Residential Towers: 3 towers rising 19 to 22 floors, reaching a total building height of 100 meters.

The project utilized tunnel formwork for efficient and rapid construction.

Role:

As the Architectural Design Chief and BIM Model Coordinator, I managed the preparation of all design and application projects, supervised the visualization team, and ensured seamless coordination with structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

Methodology:

The entire project was designed and modeled in Revit, with detailed quantity takeoffs (BOQ) generated from the BIM model.
