It is strategically designed to balance work, leisure, and living in a modern setting.

  • Office & Mall Tower:

  • Residential Blocks:
    • Four 16-story residential buildings, each with 4 apartments per floor.
    • A total of 256 spacious 3+1 apartments, ensuring comfort and practicality for families.

Role:

As the design and visualization team leader, I managed and coordinated all 3D visualization efforts and made key design decisions. I also developed the conceptual floor plans, created the landscape design, and oversaw the project's aesthetic and functional coherence. Additionally, I conducted BOQ preparation and preliminary cost estimation to provide a clear project budget framework.

Methodology and Tools:

The project's conceptual and design stages were developed in Revit, enabling precise visualization and planning. The design emphasizes functionality and seamless integration of commercial and residential components, ensuring a balanced and engaging environment for its users.
