All stages, from concept to documentation, were developed in Revit, including BOQ preparation and cost estimation. The design efficiently blends functionality with luxury, catering to Erbil's growing urban and business tourism needs.

Methodology and Tools:

Developed entirely in Revit, the project achieved seamless coordination between its architectural and landscape components, ensuring an optimized and visually compelling design.
